Standalone legacy systems and paper-based archives created inefficiencies across the value chain. Labeling costs fell by $400,000 a year while daily output rose from 57,000 to more than 104,000 labels. Order process errors and audit risk decreased, compliance with FDA and EMA regulations became simpler, and customer satisfaction improved.
